Reply to enquiries quickly, book the promising ones and keep your salespeople selling.
An AI sales agent replies to new enquiries, asks the questions that show whether someone is a fit, follows up politely and books meetings on your calendar. It logs everything in your CRM and leaves the relationship in the hands of your salespeople.

COMMON PROBLEMS WE FIX
Sales follow-up gaps an AI sales agent can close
Most lost deals were not refused, they were forgotten or answered too late. Here are the gaps owners describe, with what we build and how selling feels afterwards.
01
“New enquiries sit for hours, and by then they've called a competitor.”
WHAT WE DOWe connect the agent to your forms and inbox so it answers within moments, asks the few questions you use to judge fit, and offers real meeting times from your calendar.WHAT CHANGESPromising enquiries get a prompt, useful reply, and your salespeople arrive at the meeting already briefed.
02
“My reps spend half their week on people who were never going to buy.”
WHAT WE DOWe turn your qualification habits into plain criteria, such as need, timing and budget range, let the agent gather those details in conversation and pass a summary with a fit rating to a salesperson.WHAT CHANGESSalespeople spend their hours on conversations likely to go somewhere, and decline the rest quickly.
03
“Follow-up dies after the first message because everyone's busy.”
WHAT WE DOWe write a follow-up pattern with you, with varied messages, sensible gaps and a firm stop when the person replies, books or opts out. Each message waits for approval until you trust the tone.WHAT CHANGESFollow-up continues without nagging, and it halts the moment a person answers.
04
“I'm worried automated outreach will break the anti-spam rules or annoy people.”
WHAT WE DOWe limit the agent to people who enquired or gave consent, put a sender identity and unsubscribe route in every message, record the basis for contact, and have your counsel review the setup against CASL.WHAT CHANGESOutreach stays inside the rules, and people who say no are not contacted again.
WHY IT MATTERS
Fast replies win enquiries, and people still close them
Sales effort leaks in predictable places. Enquiries wait for a reply, qualification questions get asked differently by each rep, follow-up fades after one message, and the CRM is updated only when someone has a spare minute. None of these is a hard problem, but each one costs you conversations.
An AI sales agent covers those gaps. It answers new enquiries, asks your qualification questions, follows up within consent rules and books meetings, noting everything in the CRM. It does not run the relationship. Your salespeople take over once someone is interested, because trust, pricing talks and closing are human work.
SIGNS YOU NEED THIS
Enquiries wait hours for a first reply
Reps qualify leads in different ways
The CRM is only updated when someone remembers

No. Marketing automation sends planned messages on a fixed schedule, while an agent holds a conversation and adapts to what the person says. Automation is more predictable and often enough for simple follow-up. We suggest an agent when enquiries vary a lot and replies must answer real questions before a meeting can be booked.
It can be, when consent and identification rules are followed. Anti-spam law such as CASL requires consent for commercial messages, clear sender details and a working way to unsubscribe. We build those in and limit the agent to people who enquired or agreed to hear from you. This is not legal advice, so we work alongside your counsel.
No, and we would not design it that way. The agent handles the first reply, qualification questions, reminders and scheduling. Your salespeople handle relationships, pricing, negotiation and the judgement about whether a deal is right. Their time moves from admin to conversations, and they can read exactly what the agent said before they take over.
We advise against it. Cold outreach carries consent risk and tends to damage reputation when automated. The agent suits inbound enquiries, existing customers and contacts who have agreed to hear from you. If you want outbound prospecting, we review the rules with you first and keep a person approving each message.
