COMMON PROBLEMS WE FIX
Questions an AI readiness assessment helps you settle
Before any build, leaders usually carry the same few doubts. These are the ones we hear, with what the assessment does about each and what you hold afterwards.
01
“Everyone wants AI, but nobody can say where we should begin.”
WHAT WE DOWe interview the people who do the work, list the tasks that consume their time, then score each as a candidate for AI by effort, risk, value and how ready the supporting data is.WHAT CHANGESYou hold a ranked list with reasons, and the starting point is no longer a guess.
02
“I suspect our data is too messy, but I can't prove it.”
WHAT WE DOWe sample the data behind each shortlisted idea, check whether it is complete, current and reachable, and record what would have to change before a model could use it sensibly.WHAT CHANGESYou find out before spending which ideas are blocked by data, and what fixing it involves.
03
“Staff already use AI tools, and I don't know what they've shared.”
WHAT WE DOWe ask staff which tools they use and for what, note which customer or business data is involved, and flag the exposures that need a rule or an approved alternative first.WHAT CHANGESYou see the real picture of AI use today, and the risky habits are named.
04
“I'm afraid we'll pay for something impressive that doesn't suit our business.”
WHAT WE DOFor each top idea we outline what a first pilot would involve and cost, what success would look like, and when traditional software would serve better than AI. Weak ideas are listed with reasons for waiting.WHAT CHANGESSpending follows the evidence, and you can say no to ideas with a clear conscience.
WHY IT MATTERS
Decide where AI belongs before you buy anything
AI projects most often go wrong at the start, not at the build. A tool is chosen before the task is understood, the data turns out to be patchy, or staff quietly keep working the old way. The cost shows up months later as software nobody uses and a budget that is already spent.
An AI readiness assessment is a short review that finds those problems first. We look at your processes, data, tools, people and risks, then give you a ranked list of use cases and a plain list of ideas to leave for now. It is a decision aid. You may hire us to build, or take the report elsewhere.

Several AI ideas compete and none has an owner
You doubt your data is ready for AI
Past software purchases went unused
BENEFITS
What an AI readiness assessment gives you
What changes for your business once it’s done properly.
✓01
A ranked list of use cases
Each candidate is scored on value, effort, risk and data readiness, so the order of work follows evidence and not whichever idea sounded most exciting.
✓02
Permission to wait
Ideas that are not ready, too risky or better served by ordinary software are named with reasons, so you do not spend on the wrong thing.
✓03
An honest view of your data
You learn what records you hold, how reliable they are and what cleaning would unlock, before any build depends on them.
✓04
A plan your team can follow
Findings are written in plain language with owners, rough costs and suggested pilots, so leadership can approve a first step without another round of research.
We audit your website, search presence, ads and competitors to find what is and isn’t working.
02
Plan
A clear strategy: which channels, what budget, and the targets we will report against.
03
Create & launch

The assessment is a short, fixed piece of work that ends in a report and a ranked list. AI consulting is the ongoing relationship: a continuing roadmap, rules for staff and support as plans change. Many businesses start with the assessment because it is a smaller commitment, and move to consulting only if the findings justify it.
The places where AI projects tend to succeed or fail: your processes and where time goes, your data and how reliable it is, the tools you already own, your people and their appetite for change, and risks such as privacy and mistakes. We gather this through interviews, a review of sample records and a look at the systems involved.
It might, for some ideas, and occasionally for all of them for now. We list ideas that depend on data you do not yet have, work that needs human judgement or relationships, and tasks that ordinary software handles better. A report that only says yes would not help you. What you receive is a ranked order with honest reasons.
Mostly the people who do the work day to day, plus one decision-maker who can speak for budget and risk. Their time is the main input, in interviews and when they show us ordinary tasks. Nobody needs a technical background to take part. We look at the data and systems ourselves, with your permission.
