Let your tools share information on their own, so your team can stop retyping.
API integration links the software you already pay for, so orders, contacts, bookings and invoices move between systems without copy and paste. We map what should flow where, build the connections securely and monitor them as vendors update their software.

COMMON PROBLEMS WE FIX
API integration problems that cost you hours, and the fix for each
Disconnected software rarely fails loudly. It leaks time and accuracy in small ways. Here is how we close each gap.
01
“Our admin spends hours each day retyping orders into accounting.”
WHAT WE DOWe map every field an order carries, match it to your accounting software, and build a sync that creates invoices and payments automatically, with duplicate checks and a log of every transfer.WHAT CHANGESYour admin time goes to exceptions and customers, and the books match the store.
02
“Our CRM says one thing and the booking system says another.”
WHAT WE DOWe decide which system owns each piece of data, set up webhooks so changes travel within moments, and add matching rules for names, emails and phone numbers to avoid duplicate contacts.WHAT CHANGESEveryone looks up a customer and sees the same, current history.
03
“Our last integration broke quietly and nobody noticed for weeks.”
WHAT WE DOEvery connection we build logs its activity, retries failed transfers, and sends an alert to a named person when something keeps failing, so problems are spotted and fixed while they are still small.WHAT CHANGESYou hear about a failed sync from an alert, not from an annoyed customer.
04
“A partner wants access to our data, and I don't know if that's safe.”
WHAT WE DOWe design a private API that exposes only the data the partner needs, protected by keys or OAuth, rate limits and logging, and we write clear documentation so their developers can connect correctly.WHAT CHANGESYou can say yes to the partnership knowing exactly what they can and cannot see.
WHY IT MATTERS
Your tools should share information without your help
Most businesses run on a handful of good tools that were never introduced to each other. A sale lands in the online store, then someone types it into accounting. A booking comes in, then someone adds the customer to the CRM. Each handoff costs minutes, invites typos and leaves records out of step, so reports disagree depending on which system you open.
An API is the doorway one system offers so another can read or send data safely. Integration work uses those doorways to move information automatically, with rules for what goes where and what happens when something fails. Where a tool has no suitable doorway, or partners need access to your data, we build a secure API of your own with clear documentation.
SIGNS YOU NEED THIS
Staff retype orders or contacts between systems
Your CRM and accounting rarely show the same numbers
A partner has asked for access to your data
BENEFITS
What API integration does for the tools you already pay for
What changes for your business once it’s done properly.
✓01
No more double entry
Information typed once flows to every system that needs it, so staff stop copying data and the typos that come with it become rare.
✓02
Figures you can trust
When your store, CRM and accounting share the same records, reports agree with each other and decisions rest on one consistent picture.
✓03
More value from existing tools
Connecting the software you already pay for often removes the need for another subscription, and unlocks features that only work with shared data.
✓04
Safe ways to share data
Partners, apps and suppliers get controlled access through documented APIs, with keys, permissions and logs that show who requested what and when.

FAQ
API integration questions owners ask before starting
An API integration is an automatic link that lets two pieces of software exchange information without anyone retyping it. For example, a paid online order can create the invoice in your accounting software and update the customer record in your CRM. We set rules for which fields move, how often and what happens if one side is unavailable.
The price depends on how many systems are involved and how well documented their APIs are, so we quote after a short integration audit. Connecting a pair of tools with mature APIs is a modest job. Older software with limited access, complex data mapping or two-way syncing takes more work, and the audit tells you which situation you are in.
Usually, yes, as long as the software offers an API, webhooks or a reliable export. Many tools have an API even when no plug-in exists between them, and we build the connection directly. When a system offers no access at all, we look at file-based imports or recommend a replacement, and explain the trade-offs before you decide.
We give each connection only the access it needs and protect it from end to end. Keys and tokens are stored encrypted, never inside the code, and traffic runs over encrypted connections. Custom APIs get authentication, rate limits and logging, and we track vendor API changes so connections are updated rather than left to break quietly.
