Give visitors accurate answers from your own content, whenever they ask.
An AI chatbot for your business answers visitor questions using only the content you approve, in your tone, and passes anything it cannot answer to a person. It answers and hands over. It does not act across your other systems.

COMMON PROBLEMS WE FIX
Website questions an AI chatbot can answer for you
A chatbot is a good fit when visitors need information fast and your team keeps repeating itself. These are the worries we hear, with what we build for each.
01
“Visitors can't find the answer on our site, so they leave.”
WHAT WE DOWe gather your service pages, price notes, policies and FAQs, split them into searchable passages and have the chatbot retrieve the right ones before replying, so answers match what your site says.WHAT CHANGESVisitors get a direct answer in the chat instead of hunting through menus.
02
“We tried a chatbot once, and it invented things we never offered.”
WHAT WE DOWe tell the chatbot to answer only from retrieved passages, to say it does not know when nothing matches, and to refuse off-topic requests. Before launch we try to trick it with awkward questions.WHAT CHANGESWhen the bot is unsure it says so and offers a person, rather than inventing a policy.
03
“Updating our answers sounds like a technical project every single time.”
WHAT WE DOWe set up a content source that you edit, such as a document folder or your website pages, with a refresh step that re-reads changes, so a new price or policy flows into answers without a rebuild.WHAT CHANGESChanging an answer means editing a page, and the chatbot follows.
04
“I'm not sure we need anything more than a simple chat window.”
WHAT WE DOWe start by looking at the questions people actually ask. If a short list of canned answers or a contact form would do the job, we say so and build only what justifies its running cost.WHAT CHANGESYou buy the amount of chatbot you need, with no added complexity.
WHY IT MATTERS
Answer the question visitors came to ask
Most website visitors arrive with a specific question: do you serve my area, what does it involve, how do I book. If the answer takes more than a few clicks, many leave. A contact form helps, but it makes people wait, and your staff then answer the same few questions by email.
An AI chatbot reads your approved content and answers in conversation. It says so when it does not know and offers a route to a person. That is deliberately narrower than an agent: it answers and hands over, and it does not change records or take actions across your other systems. For many businesses, that is exactly enough.
SIGNS YOU NEED THIS
Visitors leave without finding basic information
Staff reply to the same email questions daily
Your contact form gets vague, unqualified messages
BENEFITS
What an AI chatbot adds to your website
What changes for your business once it’s done properly.
✓01
Answers in your own words
Replies draw on the pages and policies you approved, so the chatbot repeats your offer accurately instead of improvising from general knowledge.
✓02
A clear handover
When a question needs a person, the chat offers a contact form, email or live handoff, and passes along what the visitor has already asked.
✓03
Content you can edit yourself
Updating a price or policy means changing your source content, and the chatbot picks up the change without a new build.
✓04
Running costs you can follow
A chatbot that only answers is lighter than an agent that acts, so usage is easier to forecast as traffic rises and falls.

A chatbot answers from your content and hands over. An agent is given a goal and can act across your systems, for example booking, updating a CRM or processing a request. Agents need more setup, testing and oversight. If your visitors mainly need information, a chatbot does the job with less risk and lower running cost.
It can, which is why we design against it. The chatbot answers only from passages retrieved from your approved content, says when it has no answer and declines unrelated topics. We test with trick questions before launch and read real conversations afterwards. The risk drops but never reaches zero, so the chat should offer a person for anything important.
An FAQ page is enough when your questions are few and predictable. A chatbot earns its cost when questions are varied, content is spread across many pages, or visitors phrase things in ways a search box misses. We review the questions people ask before recommending anything, and we will tell you if the page is the better answer.
The chatbot reads from a content source you control, such as your website pages or a shared folder. When you change a price, policy or service description, a refresh step re-reads it so replies follow. We also review conversations for questions it could not answer, which shows you which content to add next.
