- Invite-only ordering and supply portal connecting franchise locations with Uptown Corporate.

Uptown Med Spa is a multi-location medical spa franchise.
Uptown Med Spa is a multi-location medical spa franchise, and its locations order products from corporate. The goal was one structured way to do that. Every order had to be reviewed and approved by corporate before it was processed. Payments by e-transfer needed a clear confirmation step that both sides could track. Each franchise location also had to see only its own orders and order only for itself. The project was to turn those business rules into an invite-only ordering and supply portal that franchise teams and Uptown Corporate could both work from.
In a franchise network, ordering is part of protecting the brand. Corporate decides which products, suppliers and prices are approved, and locations need to follow those rules without slowing down. Franchise staff are busy running clinics, so an internal tool only gets used if it is quicker and clearer than a phone call or an email. For a portal like this, adoption matters more than promotion: simple screens, sensible permissions and an order record that both sides can check.

What we used.
Its franchise locations needed one structured way to order products from corporate. The rules were firm: corporate reviews and approves every order before processing, e-transfer payments need a trackable confirmation, and each location sees and orders only for itself. A portal could hold every location to those rules in the same way.
A curated product catalogue with brand, supplier, minimum order quantities and pricing rules enforced automatically. A five-step order flow: browse, submit, corporate review, payment and fulfillment tracking. An e-transfer workflow with optional proof upload and manual corporate confirmation. Secure message threads between each franchise and corporate, owner-managed team invites with location-scoped permissions, and a corporate admin for approvals, catalogue, locations, users, network reporting and audit logs.
Two, and both describe how the portal is built rather than how it is used: 5 order stages, from submission to fulfillment, and 2 access paths, franchise and corporate. The stated outcomes are that nothing ships without corporate approval and that each location has a full order and payment history. The portal footer credits All In One Marketing Pro for design and development.
If your locations order from a central office and you need approvals, payment checks or location-level permissions, the same building blocks apply. Every network has its own products, suppliers and approval chain, so the catalogue rules and workflow would be shaped around yours. This one was made for Uptown’s network and its specific rules.
