The Aroma Bistro & Bar serves Western cooking with Indian depth at 32760 Simon Ave in Abbotsford, with a full bar, a late kitchen and private events for up to 250 guests.
One website had to explain a full menu, a bar and a busy events business at the same time. The goals were a site that shows the full menu and takes bookings, pages that sell private events from weddings to corporate parties, and food and venue content that makes people want to book. The restaurant also wanted a single partner running all of its marketing, so the website, photography, video and campaigns tell the same story.
Diners usually check a restaurant’s menu and photos online before they choose, often on a phone and often on the same day. Private events work differently. Couples, families and people organizing a work party tend to plan ahead, compare rooms and capacity, ask about menus and drinks, and want to see the space before they inquire. A bistro that does both needs quick menu pages for same-day guests and separate, detailed event pages that answer a planner’s questions.

A website that shows the full menu and takes bookings, plus pages that sell private events, from weddings to corporate parties. With room for up to 250 guests at private events, the event pages had their own job to do alongside the dining menu.
A new website with full menus, happy hour and bookings, and pages for each kind of private event, from wedding receptions and birthdays to corporate events. Food, drink and venue photography and video supply the content. All In One Marketing Pro also set the marketing strategy and manages all of the restaurant’s marketing channels on an ongoing basis.
Yes, the new website is live at thearomabistro.ca. Results are being measured, and figures will be added after a full reporting period. Until those numbers exist, this page reports what was built and what is being managed, not what it has achieved.
The thinking carries over: keep the menu easy to reach, give each type of event its own page, and use real photos of the food and the room. How far it goes depends on your space, your menu and how much of your business comes from events. With The Aroma’s figures still pending, there is nothing here to benchmark against yet.
