Billing and Payment Terms
- All pricing, fees, and payment structures will be defined in a prior written agreement. Delinquent payments may result in paused or cancelled services and could include late payment surcharges.
Ownership and Rights
All original content, creative work, methodologies, and other assets developed by All In One Marketing Pro remain our intellectual property unless a separate written agreement transfers ownership. You will be granted a limited, non-exclusive right to utilize the deliverables solely for their intended use.
Confidential Information
Both the client and the Company agree to uphold the confidentiality of sensitive, proprietary, or non-public information exchanged during collaboration.
Performance Disclaimer
While we strive to deliver optimal results, we cannot guarantee specific performance metrics such as search engine rankings, conversion rates, or sales outcomes. Success depends on numerous external variables outside our control.
Cancellation and Termination
Either party may end the partnership with written notice. Clients must settle outstanding charges for work completed up until the termination date. Refunds for completed work or prepayments are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated in writing.
Liability Limits
All In One Marketing Pro shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the associated services.
Revisions to Terms We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Updated terms will be reflected on this page along with the date of revision.
Legal Jurisdiction This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and excludes any conflict of law provisions.
